Terms of Service

Plain-English terms.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These are the terms for using the St. George Junk Busters website and hiring us to haul stuff. By using the site or our services, you agree to what is below. We wrote it in plain English so you can actually read it.

Who we are

St. George Junk Busters is a junk removal company based in St. George, UT, serving Washington County, Utah. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean St. George Junk Busters. When we say “you,” we mean the person using the site or hiring us.

Using the site

You can browse the site, read our pricing, fill out the quote form, and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Submit fake or misleading information through our forms
  • Try to break, scrape, or overload the site
  • Use the site to harass anyone
  • Pretend to be someone else

If you do, we may refuse to do business with you and may take legal action if it causes us harm.

Quotes and pricing

The prices on this site are starting prices for typical jobs. The firm quote we send you by text or email after you describe your job is the price you will pay, as long as the job matches what you described. If we get to your driveway and the job is bigger or different than what you described, we will tell you the new price before we load anything. You can accept the new price, change the scope, or have us leave. No charge for the trip out.

Surcharges for specific items (mattresses, refrigerators, tires, electronics, and similar) are listed on our pricing page and are added on top of the base load price.

We do not haul hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, asbestos, biohazards, or anything illegal. If we find these in a load, we will set them aside and tell you. You will need to dispose of them through the proper channels.

Scheduling and arrival windows

We schedule a 2-hour arrival window for most jobs. We do our best to hit it. If we are running late, we will text or call you. If we miss a confirmed window by more than a reasonable amount and you have to reschedule, we will work with you to make it right.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just text or call us at (435) 900-7014 as early as you can.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most digital payment apps. We do not require a deposit for standard jobs. Larger commercial jobs or whole-house cleanouts may require a deposit, and we will tell you that up front.

What we are responsible for

We are insured. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. If we damage your property while doing the job, tell us right away and we will work it out, including using our insurance if needed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage that already existed before we showed up
  • Items that were on top of, leaning against, or attached to junk you asked us to haul
  • Damage from removing items that are bolted, glued, or built into a structure unless we discussed it first
  • Items you told us to haul that you later realized you wanted to keep, once they have left our truck

Once a load leaves our truck at a disposal site, recycler, or donation center, it is gone. Please double-check what is going before we load.

Photos of completed jobs

We sometimes take photos of completed jobs (the cleared garage, the hauled truck, the after) to show our work. We do not photograph people, valuables, or personal documents. If you do not want any photos taken at your job, just tell us when we arrive.

Text messages and SMS

If you opted in to SMS on our form, you agreed to receive text messages from us about your quote, your appointment, and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Site content

The text, photos, logo, and layout on this site belong to St. George Junk Busters. You may share links to the site. Please do not copy our content for your own website or commercial use without asking first.

Disclaimers

The site and the information on it are provided as-is. We try to keep pricing, service areas, and policies accurate, but we may update them at any time. The site does not constitute a binding offer; the binding offer is the firm quote we send you after you describe your job.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the site or a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If there is a dispute, it will be handled in the courts of Washington County, Utah.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. The current version is what applies to any job we do for you.
