Your information, plainly explained.

What we collect

When you fill out our quote form, contact form, or text us photos of your stuff, you give us some or all of the following:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The address where the job is
• A description of what you want hauled and photos if you send them
• The time you submitted the form and your IP address (used as proof of SMS consent if you opted in)

We also see basic, anonymous information any website sees when you visit: your browser type, the pages you looked at, and how you got to the site. We do not try to identify you from this.

What we use it for

We use the information you give us to do the job you hired us for:

• Send you a firm price quote
• Schedule your pickup and call or text you about it
• Follow up after the job to make sure you were happy
• Send you occasional reminders, offers, or seasonal messages if you opted in to receive them

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to data brokers.

Text messages and SMS consent

If you checked the SMS consent box on our form, you agreed to receive text messages from us about your quote, your appointment, and occasional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

A short list:

• Our team. The people who answer the phone, send the quote, and load the truck.
• Our CRM (HighLevel). We use HighLevel to manage quotes, appointments, and customer messages. Your information sits in our HighLevel account.
• Our messaging providers. When we text or email you, the message goes through standard messaging providers (Twilio for SMS, Mailgun for email). They process the message and pass it along.
• Law enforcement, if legally required. If we get a subpoena or court order, we comply.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses standard web cookies to make the site work and to count visits. We do not use cookies to track you across other sites. If we add Google Analytics or a similar tool in the future, it will count anonymous visits, not identify you personally.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you give us for as long as we need it to do the job and follow up afterward, and as long as state and federal record-keeping rules require. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can:

• Stop our text messages by replying STOP
• Unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email
• Ask us to tell you what we have on file by emailing [email protected]
• Ask us to delete what we have on file by emailing [email protected]

Children

This site is for adults hiring a junk removal company. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will get a clearer notice on the site.
