Appliance Removal

Appliance Removal in St. George, UT

Fridge, washer, dryer, stove, gone.

Single appliance or a full kitchen. Firm price by text. We disconnect, haul, and handle freon disposal. You don’t have to lift a thing.

Replacing the fridge? The old one is the easy part.

Most appliance retailers will take your old unit if it’s the same type as the new one and you pay a haul fee. Plenty won’t. Either way, you’re left figuring out what to do with a 250-pound fridge that doesn’t fit in your car.

We handle it. Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, AC units, water heaters, microwaves, TVs, and the broken stuff sitting in the garage. We disconnect, haul out, and route freon and electronics to the proper recycler. The price you see is the price you pay, including the dump’s freon and e-waste fees.

A single appliance pickup is our 1/4 truck tier at $149, plus the relevant disposal fee. A full kitchen of appliances usually fits in a 1/2 truck.

How an appliance pickup goes.

  1. 1. Photo and quote.

Send a photo of the appliance and where it sits. We send back a firm price including any disposal fees.

  2. 2. We arrive and disconnect.

Power, water, gas (where applicable). We bring straps, dollies, and pads. Stairs and tight doorways are not a problem.

  3. 3. Load and haul.

Fridge into the truck. Spot wiped down. We don’t leave water trails or grease marks behind.

  4. 4. Routed to the right place.

Freon-bearing appliances get handed to a certified disposal site. Electronics go to e-waste. Working items get a chance at donation.

Single-appliance pickups start at $149.

Add disposal fees where they apply: $35 for refrigerators, freezers, and AC units (freon), $20 for TVs and electronics. Multiple appliances usually fit our 1/2 truck tier at $249. Full-kitchen swaps and commercial appliances run higher and we’ll quote those individually.

Common questions about appliance removal.

Do you charge extra for refrigerators or freezers?

Yes. The dump charges us a $35 freon disposal fee on any unit with a sealed cooling system (fridge, freezer, AC, dehumidifier). We pass that through openly. It’s on the quote, not added later.

Do I need to disconnect the appliance first?

Not unless you want to. We can disconnect a washer, dryer, dishwasher, or fridge on-site. For gas dryers and gas stoves, we shut off the valve and disconnect the flex line. If you’re not sure, leave it for us.

What about the old TV?

Yes. TVs and electronics carry a $20 disposal fee at the e-waste recycler. Old tube TVs and large flat panels are no problem.

Can you take a water heater?

Yes. We can disconnect, drain, and haul. For gas water heaters we shut the gas off at the valve before we move it.

I have a working appliance I’d rather donate. Can you handle that?

Yes, when items are working and in decent condition. We work with thrift stores in St. George and Washington that take appliances. Tell us up front and we’ll route accordingly.

How fast can you come?

We can usually fit single-appliance pickups within a day or two. Tell us if you’re scheduling around a delivery and we’ll work backwards from that.

Stairs, basements, second floors?

We handle them. Tell us in the photos or on the call and we’ll plan accordingly. There’s no extra charge for normal stair carries on a single-floor home. Long carries or multiple flights may add to the quote, and we’ll mention it before you commit.
